Refund and Cancellation Policy:
We strongly recommend making your reservation no later than 48 hours before your tour. Some tours require a minimum (or have a maximum) amount of guests in order to hold the tour. All tickets are non-refundable after purchase, unless, at the discretion of the Tour Director, it will have to be cancelled due to severe weather, road closures, or we are unable to fill the tour. In any of those events, we will promptly refund your full purchase price. For these reasons, we also strongly suggest calling 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour to verify there are no changes.
